In & Around Camp
Wildtracks is a great place to just relax and you can certainly do so in the boma or by the pool. There are also a number of marked or guided walking trails around the lodge for birdwatching or just exploring amongst the giant baobabs that are scattered throughout the woodland around camp.

Wildtracks also runs school and group camps and so guests are welcome to try their hand at an adventure-challenge course or our baobab climb. Visit the Groups page for more information on our school and group camps.

On the River
There is plenty to see and do on the river. Game cruises on the river are a great way to view wildlife on the bank and in the river. Wildtracks offers a number of options for half or full day boat trips for large or small groups either on one of our smaller boats (maximum four people) or one of our safe and comfortable pontoons (maximum 10 people)Day trips can be catered by request.

Even if if you can't handle a whole day on the river, our sundowner cruises are a must. Zambezi sunsets are spectactular and are best enjoyed from the water. Sundowner cruises include a free drink and snacks.
Fishing is a major drawcard for visitors to the Zambezi, and Wildtracks has a number of fishing options available, visit the Fishing page to find out more.

Further afield
For the more adventurous, you can venture further afield than the lodge for other exciting activities. We can arrange a Lower Zambezi canoe trip for you (prior booking is needed) with transfers to and from Wildtracks.
Further downstream from Wildtracks is the Lower Zambezi National park, which is also worth a visit. Be warned though, road access to Lower Zambezi is strictly by 4x4 only and it is innaccessible during the rainy season. The road trip to is approximately 40km and takes at least 2 hours in one direction.

We are expanding our list of activities so be sure to ask at the lodge what there is to do.
